Electronic Health Record Information
Overview
The Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeast Michigan and its partner CMHSPs utilize a shared electronic health record for claims submission, incident reporting, and other service information reporting. The PCE Systems supported electronic health record system used within the CMHPSM region is "Confidential Record of Consumer Treatment" or "CRCT" for short.
As our CRCT electronic health record is utilized by our PIHP, partner CMHSPs, and providers of the PIHP and CMHSPs support for users is a shared function. CRCT users that work with multiple CMHSPs will have a user account that has separate access to each of those 'affiliates".
CRCT Login Assistance

All Lenawee service providers should contact Lenawee CMHSP for user access to CRCT or other assistance.

Monroe mental health / IDD service providers should contact Monroe CMHSP for user access to CRCT or other assistance.

Washtenaw mental health / IDD service providers should contact Washtenaw CMHSP for user access to CRCT or other assistance.

Substance use treatment service providers contracted directly to the CMHPSM to serve Monroe and Washtenaw residents should utilize the CMHPSM SUD Provider Login Request Form below. For other assistance with CRCT individuals should contact the CMHPSM help desk.
CRCT Help Module
All users with CRCT access can access the CRCT Help module for detailed guides on various processes within CRCT. The CRCT Help module can be used for immediate access to assistance for most user questions. If you have a question on a specific CRCT process or a question that isn't covered in the Help module please contact the CMHPSM help desk.
