The Community Mental Health Partnership Substance Use Services department has implemented a new Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2024-2026. This data-driven plan will guide services utilizing the Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) model and focuses on an array of programs and services supporting prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery.
